As part of our container deposit scheme, we accept all 10c deposit containers in compliance with state legislation. Please ensure that all containers are empty, with glass separated from other materials. We also accept non-deposit glass containers. For effective waste disposal in Tumby Bay, only bottles and cans are accepted, which helps contribute to our recycling efforts. Additionally, we offer skip bins for other waste management needs.

In Tumby Bay, we provide waste disposal services that include the delivery and collection of green wheelie bins. You can rent one of our skip bins for the recycling program at an affordable price of just $22 per year, with only $6 per collection. Additionally, any refunds from our container deposit scheme are conveniently deposited directly into your bank account.

We have three convenient locations for waste disposal and recycling, situated in: 

Tumby Bay - 165 Bratten Rd 

Port Neill - Pioneer Dr - open Sunday 9am to 10am 

Ungarra - Ungarra-Stokes Rd - open the last Tuesday of every month from 3pm to 4pm 

At our sites, we accept various types of waste, including: 

- Landfill 

- Recyclables 

- Concrete 

- Reinforced Concrete 

- Scrap Steels 

- Gas Bottles 

- Un-Degased Refrigeration 

Additionally, we are pleased to offer free scrap metal disposal, including car bodies, at our Tumby Bay site. Please ensure that tyres are removed once on site.
